Tanzanian socialite Hamisa Mobetto has denied claims that she was in a romantic relationship with American rapper Rick Ross.

In an interview with Millard Ayo TV, Hamisa said that she is just friends with the legendary musician.

“We are just friends. We have never been in a relationship,” she said.

According to her, she met Rick Ross during an Instagram live session with Belaire CEO Brett Berish and he loved how she was she performed.

“When Rick Ross joined our live session, he liked how the whole conversation was going on. He was very impressed. I remember it was during Ramadhan and I was fasting. It was not a good day for me, I was going through a difficult moment in my life but when I went live, I got energy to talk and explained myself. Rick Ross followed me after that live session and DMed me,” she said.

Explaining about their club meeting in Dubai, Hamisa said that Rick Ross had been invited for a club appearance. Since she was also working with Belaire she was also invited to the event.

“It was the first time we were meeting physically. He was so happy to see me and looked at me like an angel saying that photos were doing me in justice,” she narrated. I was very comfortable with him because I had already talked and connected,” the socialite explained.

Hamisa said at the time she was single. She is currently in a relationship but did not reveal who the lucky guy was.

At the same time, she said that her children rarely ask to see their fathers. Hamisa has a daughter who is the eldest and a son whose biological father is singer Diamond Platnumz.
