Musician Willy Paul is in jubilation as a song he did in 2017 is just going viral at international level.

The song I do, which he featured Jamaican singer Alaine, is just hitting the airwaves in countries like Phillippines and Japan.

Many of the asians have jumped onto it with TikTok videos.

Taking to his Instagram,  could not hide the joy of making his mother proud.

“Mama Your Son Made It To The International Level.OMG God Has Done It Again, #Ido Is the New Trend On Tik Tok With a New Version. Watch These Video And Join My International Fan Base! Hard To Believe But Yes, Another Record Broken Mama! ” he said in one post.

“The World Is Happy With Willy Paul 😆 🤣 Who Happens To Be a Kenyan 🇰🇪 Your Boy Is Trending Internationally Again!” he added in another

The song, that was published on YouTube on March 17, 2017, has since garnered 37 million views.

The audio was produced by Teddy B while Samy Dee directed the video.

Willy Paul’s fan’s have expressed their joy and admiration for him as captured in the comments.

“Trust me, Willy Paul is one of the best musicians we have in Kenya.. shida ni moja Kiburi,” an Instagram user noted.

Another wrote, “unaona Hadi Japanese sidhani kama Kuna msanii wengine amefika huko.”

Others have also called upon him to team up again with the Jamaican artist and release another banger.

Willy Paul and Alaine however have another collabo dubbed Shado Mado. The song was released 4 years ago and it has garnered 3.9 million views on  YouTube.
