Recently, Vera Sidika was the talk of town after she embarked on a vacation in Dubai.
This was the first international trip that the mother of two was taking after a two-year hiatus.
Shockingly, Vera went on the trip alone, leaving behind her children as well as her ‘beloved’ husband, musician Brown Mauzo.
The socialite has however come out to explain why she went on the trip without her family through her daughter’s Instagram account. Vera manages Asia’s account and she engaged with Asia’s fans in a Question and Answer session, though she posed as Asia.
“Did you go with mum to Dubai?” a fan posed.
“No. She needed a break from mom duties. 2 years back to back is not easy. Moms need sometime off,” Vera responded.
Another fan asked Asia to tell Vera to respect herself.
“Tell your mum ajiheshimu. She’s trying too hard to prove a point she is losing hit,” the netizen wrote
“Her IG is QueenVeeBosset you can tell her yourself,” read the response.

Meanwhile, Brown Mauzo left many confused after sharing cryptic posts on Instagram while Vera enjoyed life in Dubai. The artist however disabled comments on the posts.
“If I tell the sorrows in my heart, it will burn my tongue. If I keep it in my heart, I’m afraid it will burn me from the inside. But if I let out, I fear it will burn the whole world. I cannot let it out, so I let my sorrows stay inside,” he said one post
“Sometimes we don’t appreciate the good things till we lose them, sometimes we don’t value the people in our lives till we lose them,” he wrote in a separate post.
