Citizen’s Tv’s Victoria Rubadiri has left her fans confused after referring to her former colleague Larry Madowo as her ex, further igniting rumours that they might have dated previously.

The celebrated news anchor referred to Larry as her ex in  their throwback photo that she recently shared online.

The photo was taken 8 years ago when they were still working together at NTV. She said Larry is the only ex she will ever post.

“The only ex i’ll post,” the mother of one captioned the photo.

Larry Madowo and Victoria Rubadiri were one of the most loved TV duos. Their on screen chemistry captivated fans and some could not help but believe that they were actually a couple.

Their stint together was cut short after Larry  left NTV for BBC in March 2018. Shortly after, Rubadiri too quit NTV and joined Citizen TV.

However after the move the two still kept in touch despite working many miles apart.

Last Year in 2022 Larry shared his photo with Rubadiri while in the streets of New York, US

“New York City Re-union with my ex-TV wife Victoria Rubadiri” he captioned the photo.

The media personalities are very close friends and in the past, Victoria referred to Larry as her partner in crime.

Anyone who had the pleasure of watching anchors Larry Madowo and Victoria Rubadiri at NTV will agree that the two had an undeniable working chemistry.

So close were these two that when Larry announced his exit from Nation Media Group fans begged him not to leave Victoria behind.

In every office, there is always that couple that has some chemistry but they are not dating, they’re just really good friends. Victoria Rubadiri and Larry Madowo  co-hosted for some time and we loved their TV chemistry.
