Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika slammed celebrities for not attending Aziza’s funeral despite posing as her friends on social media.

The heartbroken mother of two who also could not attend the burial since she is vacationing in the US took to her Instagram account  where she blasted the deceased’s friends for not showing up to send her off.

Stating that the  world was so full of  fake friends, Sidika  was surprised that most friends could not take the 1 hour 30 mins flight from Nairobi to Dar es salaam to pay their last respects despite having the knowledge that in Islam culture, burial processes happen too fast.

“So none  of y’all would take a 1 hour 30 mins flight from Nairobi to Dar to pay your last respect to a person you call a friend. Knowing how Islam things move fast???…..This is why I say this world is filled with so many fake friends!!!!!!!!,” she posted

The one time musician insisted that Nairobi was too close Arusha and those with the willpower to burry their friend could have driven for only 4 hours.

“World is full of surprises. In fact Arusha is too close to Nairobi you can literally drive!!!!. 4hrs and some of yall friends couldn’t go see my baby Janet get laid to rest. My heart is bleeding,” she added

However, Vera said that she wouldn’t judge since she understood that there could be financial constraints which could be the reason that most friends didn’t show up.

She apologized for her previous remarks and acknowledged that the death of her friend Aziza completely devastated her. Vera defended her absence stating that her failure to attend the burial was understandable due to the short span of time and the distance she had to cover.

“I’m so sorry I’m in my feelings .But just thinking being close to Tanzania should make it easier for people to go. Her sister being far out in other countries and couldn’t make it. Me too its understandable but Nairobi is just apo tu. I don’t know but I’m just so sad,” The mother of two said

We are sending the real housewife of Nairobi virtual hugs as she mourns her long-time friend.
