Mwalimu Rachel, a popular radio presenter has been forced to came out and clarify her earlier statement regarding the controversial hiphop group known as Wakadinali.

Mwalimu as she is fondly reffered to by fans took to her Instagram account to react to the backlash she was facing online.

She explained that her prior statement reffered to Wakadinali’s performance at the Oktobafest which she thought would have been better and not their music or content.

The radio presenter advised people against jumping into conclusions stating that she had seen people online accusing her of terming Wakadinali’s lyrics as violent before blasting Kenyans for using her as a vessle of venting their frustrations.

”Watu waelewe kitu moja. I said Wakadinali’s performance  pale stage ya Oktobafest should have been better. I have no problem with their music na content. Sasa wengine wanarukia mambo hapa ati I said their lyrics are violent. Never said such a thing. Tuelewane and please relaax. I know times are hard namnataka kuvent relaxini.” she wrote.

Kenyans flocked to her comment section armed with opinions on the whole drama that premiered yesterday midday.

”If ulikuwa na intentions mzuri za kuwa saidia ungeenda uwashow in private.”

Mwalimu’s clarifications comes hours after a she addressed the rogue hiphop stars live during her radio program. She gave them tips highlighing factors the group needed to work on including detoxing from drugs before their performance.

This is not the first time the mother of one is getting into a heated confrontation with an artist. She has been involved in an online war wiith gengetone group Sailors who accuse her of holding onto their social media pages even after the falllout.
