Tanzanian star Diamond Platinumz has shocked netizens after acquiring himself a snake for a pet.

Diamond shared a video of himself playing with a snake which he described as his new friend adding that he was excited for his achievement.

“Have been always excited to have my own snake as a pet…. guys meet my new Friend #Chichi,” Simba shared on his Instagram page.

Much as Diamond is happy many are wondering what motivated him ,his sister Esma noted that she was surprised that her brother could boldly play with a snake yet he is afraid of their dogs.

However social media users are thinking otherwise with most saying he could be recording a segment of video of an upcoming song.
