Upcoming artist Papa Khan has elicited mixed reactions after crying uncontrollably after he got a chance to meet Diamond Platnumz one of the biggest artists in Africa.
The upcoming musician got overwhelmed by emotions after the star allowed him to get inside his luxurious ride where they went ahead to record a short video.
The now-viral moment occurred at the Tusker Oktoba Festival in Ngong Racecourse where ”Simba” was performing alongside other musicians.
In the clip that has surfaced online, showing the moments leading to the video, Papa Khan can be seen pleading with the bongo flavor star to get a photo moment.
The ”Jeje” hitmaker proceeds to let the fan into his car. He shouts out to Khan in the video and states that they are together as artists and that was why he gave him a chance to record the video.
“Yow we already know, we all here with my brother Papa Khan, you already know…..tuko pamoja….tuko pooja sana…ndio maana nimekupee nafasi,” the bongo flavor artist said in the video.
Shortly after taking the video, Papa Khan added fuel to the controversy after lying on the ground crying hysterically.
He claimed that no one could understand him as he had waited 10 years of his life for that special moment.
In an interview, Khan expressed his love for the Tanzanian star stating that he would take a bullet for the artist.
“Imekua yaani ni tamaa yangu nifike kwa Diamond leo….kwa mapenzi nilionalo na Diamond, nimeibiwa simu nimeibiwa nini lakini Allah mungu wangu alham dulilahi nashukuru Diamond akaniita kwenye gari, its been a pleasure I am very humbled akaniambia ndugu nakujua unataka nini nikamwambia staki hela staki lolote, video moja tu inanitosha…..he is my role model, and I will die for diamond,” Khan expressed.

The move did not sit well with netizens who flocked to the comment section to air out their disgust at the way Khan behaved.
