Thee Pluto

Content Creator Thee Pluto has taken action against blogger Njambi Fever after she published defamatory material against him.

On or about May 24, the blogger allegedly published content on her Insta stories that exposed Thee Pluto for cheating on his girlfriend Felicity.

Njambi shared conversations between her and the woman who allegedly had a one night stand with Thee Pluto at an Airbnb in Mtwapa last year December, just weeks after  Felicity delivered their daughter., Zoey Pluto.

According to the source, the incident occurred during a house party. After their affair, Thee Pluto paid her Kshs 10, 000 for the night and asked her to remain silent about it.

The woman added that she decided to reveal the matter now because she felt pity for Felicity and the affair was disturbing her.

She also shared with the blogger Mpesa receipt of the money she received form the YouTuber.

Thee Pluto has since sought legal advice and his lawyers have written a demand letter to Njambi, saying that her posts were malicious and defamatory and have since hurt Thee Pluto.

“Your malicious article was taken by all and sundry to mean that you aver that sometimes this year our client was on escapades in Mtwapa, Mombasa, which involved reckless partying, sexual immorality and adultery and he paid a witness money to buy silence all which are false. They are definitely perceived to mean that our client is an immoral and uncivil man, an unfaithful and cheating man, a man lacking integrity, a careless party animal and a man unfit to be trusted,” part of the demand letter read.

“Our client has consequently suffered ridicule, loss of faith, contempt, low opinion, disrepute or despise from his friend, family, accomplices, workmates, business partners, and the public at large,” Thee Pluto’s lawyers further stated.

They went ahead and listed 4 demands that Njambi should meet in 3 days  failure to which he matter wikllk be taken to court.

The lawyers have instructed Njambi to; Formally admit fault  and thus liability of defaming Thee Pluto, reveal to Thee Pluto or the law firm the identity and contacts of the woman who claimed to have had an affair withThee Pluto.

The blogger is also required to publish a retraction statement  and admit top being liable to pay reasonable damages for libel.
