Stevo Simple Boy’s wife Grace Atieno has revealed that the rapper is currently going through a lot.
In an interview with Vincent Mboya, Grace said that Stevo Simple Boy is being mistreated by his management, Men In Business but he is afraid of opening up.
“Ukiona sahizi hatoi ngoma, ni venye anapitia maisha magumu na hawezi ambia wananchi. Yeye ni mtu muoga sana na kijana mpole so Kuna mambo mengi anapitia kwa nyumba na kwa hio nini(management ) ambayo ako sahizi lakini ni muoga wa kuongea,” the 23-year old said.
According to her, his manager is in control of all his things including Mpesa and bank account pins. She further said that Stevo Simple Boy can not engage with his fans through his social media channels because they are handled by his management.
Since Stevo has no access to his finances, the family is struggling to even put food on their table and this has seen them engage in constant fights.
“Manager wake ndio ako na everything yake so ni vigumu sana kumpata. Hela zake mwanzo hata hajui analipwa shilingi ngapi kwenye show. Tunapitia magumu lakini huwezitoka huku nje kuomba. Kuvumilia tu. Hio hufanya vurugu, sometimes tunagombana kwa hizo changamoto. Ukimwambia aende aongee na manager wake kuhusu mambo ya hela ajisimamie mwenyewe anaogopa,” she said.

Grace added that Stevo’s life is not okay as it may seem out there.
“Stevo hana chochote. Wakenya huku nje wanajua Stevo anaishi maisha mazuri lakini si maisha mazuri ambayo anaishi kwa nyumba. Manager wake anamkulia sana, na hio sitaogopa kusema. Stevo ni mtu ambaye ananyanyasika sana na mimi sijapenda Kabisa. Simu yenyewe si yeye ndio anaoperate, hakuna kitu anatumia, ako tu hivyo,” she said adding that “He will be okay if he leaves his current management, MIB but if he continues being there, I don’t think he will be helped. I have faith if I am with him everything will okay.”
She further said those who want to help Stevo should not do so through his manager. Meanwhile, they can use her phone number.
“Those who want to help Stevo should find him personally. We have plans of changing his phone number , because his phone number, Mpesa Pin, Equity pin the manager knows,” she said.
