Tanzanian Alikiba and  his signee at Kings Music Tommy Flavour are untouchable, after a video surfaced of Liverpool players jamming to their catchy tune “huku”.

The video was shared by a seasoned sports analyst from Clouds FM, Shaffih Dauda.

In the video, football stars such as Arnold Alexander Trent and Mohammed Salah could be seen lifting weights.

“Ngoma ya ‘HUKU’ ya @officialalikiba na @tommyflavour ikichezwa wakati wachezaji wa Liverpool wakiwa mazoezini. Ipo katika channel rasmi ya YouTube ya Liverpool!” Shaffih Dauda wrote.

Alikiba and Tommy Flavour dropped the song about a month ago and the official video was released just two weeks ago.

The song has a fine tuned Amapiano touch infused with Bongo flavour which resonates most bongo lovers who were quick to view the song once it was released.

“Huku nishike huku babe nishike huku” part of the hook of the song goes.

When they released the audio accompanying the lyrics without the official video the song garnered more than 1.6 million views in the span of a month, when the official video was launched with almost a fortnight of it’s release it has amassed more than 600,000 views.

The seductive sounds of Amapiano, the South African phenomenon that has swept the music scene, have met the essence of Bongo music to create a hybrid that is winning fans.

Bongo Flava is a fusion of various musical influences, including hip-hop, R&B, reggae, dancehall, and traditional Tanzanian rhythms. The term ‘bongo’ is slang for Dar es Salaam, the largest city in Tanzania, where the genre has it’s roots.
