The cabinet secretary Ministry of Public Service and Delivery Management, Moses Kuria shared a candid photo of a coincidental meet-up that happened while the two politicians were at the coast.
The former vice president donned a shirt colored in different shades of blue, a navy blue jacket, some well-fitting off-white jeans, and a classy sling bag to match.
