Celebrated Gospel artist Daddy Owen has been receiving multiple threats and trolls online since the beginning of the year about his stand and the once talk of town being a member of the LGBTQ community.

During an Interview with Oga Obinna Daddy Owen was asked why is he has never shown kindness towards the LGBTQ affiliated individuals ”

Brow why are you not kind to other human beings, You are not kind to the gay community.”Obinna asked reminding him of his previous sentiments about the Community.

“I don’t hate anyone,when you see something that is not right you just say this is not right it’s not the person it’s the act.”  Daddy Owen revealed adding that he was just airing his views.

At some point Daddy Owen was pinned online with some of his fans asking where he lies as an individual since he is a gospel artist and had not been seen posting about his relationship status on his socials and this led to netizens questioning him about his sexuality.

In his view about the LGBTQ community, the artist claimed that the LGBTQ methodology is guided by a political agenda, and according to him in scientific research, there is no such finding in mammalian biology.

“Sexual desires and preferences shouldn’t be forced down our throats! we rebuke it the same way the Bible condemns any other sin like wickedness, greed, envy, deceit, etc. We don’t hate anyone, we hate the sin and we are calling out the sin. we are praying for them. the West colonized our great grandfathers, history taught us that some resisted and some collaborated. We shall resist! They should be cautioned, this new Africa, we shall not be colonized by sexual preferences and manipulation.” He said in an interview he did a while back.

Daddy Owen added that the LGBTQ campaign shouldn’t be forced on Africans by the West

In the current interview, the gospel artist stated that he was ready to stand for the truth, rubbishing claims that he had been paid to push the campaign against  LGBTQ+, especially on the formally known Twitter, where he said that such claims are just propaganda to soil his name.

Daddy Owen emphasized the need for parents to be cautious with their children who are falling victim to the community which has been glamorized.
