Comedian Eric Omondi has been arrested and taken to the central police station.
According to a post updated on his Instagram account, he was driving his shoe-like car when officers pounced on him.
A video of him being towed by a pick-up to the central police station was also shared on the account.
“Please let’s stop Discrimination, All cars MATTER😡😡😡😡😡😢😢😢😢😢 🤦♂️🤦♂️,” the comedian lamented.

A section of his followers pitied him as others wondered how he manages to take care of his daughter who was born a couple of days ago, when he is always out and about.

Eric Omondi made the first public appearance with with the shoe car mid last month during his trip to Uganda. At first, the vehicle had been painted brown.
He has since made several public appearances with the car, each time attracting masses and causing traffic jam.
