Kenya’s opposition leader Raila Odinga has threatened file a suit against at the International criminal Court against  Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for allegedly plotting to  have him killed during Azimio Demonstrations.

Odinga who was addressing his supporters at Kamukunji grounds in Nairobi at the coalition’s first rally after taking a two weeks break from the street noted that they tried to reach an agreement with the government through a bipartisan dialogue.an exercise which he termed futile.

This comes barely two days after the One Kenya Coalition Party wrote to the Hague based international criminal court (ICC) to allege a misconduct of Inspector General of police Japheth Koome during former Azimio demonstrations that lasted two weeks.

“His name was just left behind this week but tomorrow we will forward his name too to the ICC” said Raila.

Raila further condemned Gachagua’s sentiments about his life and for also standing by IG koome’s actions during Azimio demonstrations, saying the deputy president promised to finish him once and for all .

” He himself said they want to finish off Baba once and for all. He is the one that sent that police officer from Sugoi to come and kill me. They hit my car with nine bullets” Odinga Stated.
