The song was released on  about a week ago but was immediately pulled down from YouTube.  Bahati took to Instagram and accused Ziiki of hacking his YouTube account and deleting the song.

“Dear Bahati fans. Ziiki media has illegally hacked my Youtube channel and deleted my song Diana featuring Rwanda’s Bruce Melodie. Ziiki media are fraudsters. Dear Kenyan Government this is Where we are getting our Taxes… Help Us Deal with this Fraudsters!!! VERY SAD!!!” the disappointed singer said.

He decided to share the song on his wife’s YouTube channel but it was pulled down again over copyright claims.

Responding to Bahati, Ziiki denied the claims and demanded Bahati to apologize and pull down the offensive post from his Instagram account.

“We refer to the unfortunate post on Instagram by one by our artiste Kevin Kioko a.k.a. Bahati, from Kenya.Bahati has claim in his post that Ziiki Media has ‘hacked” his YouTube channel, taken down one of his songs “illegally., and has refer to the company as “fraudsters”, without any explanation or substance to such an incriminating statement. We vehemently deny the statement made by Bahati in the above post in its entirety, and do not wish to dignify such brazen lies by explaining any further at this stage,” Ziiki said in a statement.
