The actress seemed controversial as she posted earlier this month that she was not even a girlfriend.

“I cant believe I imagined I’d be a wife by 25. I’m not even a girlfriend,” she posted.

Previously, she shared a series of photos with a man who many concluded was her boyfriend. The man in question was identified as Deejay Meek, who prefers to keep his life low key.

Could this be Yasmin Said aka Maria's new boyfriend?

It’s however unclear if Maria is set to wed DJ Meek or another mysterious man.

The bold step to  marry shocked many as earlier  in an interview, Maria said that she was single and that dating was not her priority.

“I am so devoted to Islam and I do not have a boyfriend. It is not a priority for me at this time,” she said

Netizens however left hilarious comments on Instagram while others whole heartedly wished Yasmeen all the best as she opened the new chapter in her life. Below are some of the reactions;

“All in God’s timing, it will happen and in a big way just like you imagined,”

“Anatoka streets mapema tumwambie ama tuache,”

“Luwi typing in English and deleting in kilughguya,”

“Congratulations it’s a good feeling to get married once hata kama haitalast long sometimes,”

The wedding might however not be real as the actress is currently featuring in a TV series known as Zari She is acting alongside Sara Hassan and Brenda Wairimu.

Maria was born in 2000 in Kilifi region.  Her journey to stardom kicked off after featuring in Maria that was aired on Citizen TV. She later starred in Nakulove song by King Kaka and Pascal Tokodi.

She is a generous person as she was involved in a charity event in Kibera where they were able to help out at least 400 women and young girls.
