Kenya Film Classification Board Chief executive officer ,Ezekiel Mutua, has expressed his wish to help embattled musician Mustafa.

Mutua through his Instagram is calling upon any person who has Mustafa’s number to share it with him so that he an reach out and give a helping hand to the artist.

”Someone please inbox me Mustafa’s number. I have mad love and respect for people who face life headon and do what a man has got to do to put food on the table.” Mutua penned.

The Film classification board boss also congratulated the artist whom he says he duly respects  comparing him to other artist who cannot take up odd  jobs for survival.

There’s absolutely no shame in taking up a mjengo project to feed yourself and loved ones. Unlike other celebrities, mustafa has refused to wallow in self pity and is not ashamed of his hustle. And by the way, mjengo is not necessarily for failures. It is a job like any other.” But it takes courage for a celebrity of the calibre of Mustafa to take to such menial activities with pride. I love the positive attitude. This is the kind to be supported. Ezekiel Mutua added.

Colonel Mustafa became a social media sensation once again after a video of him working in a construction emerged online.

The video received a lot of critics with some internet users calling out on Musafa for clout chasing a norm which many Kenyan artists embrace before releasing a song.

According to Mustafa this was however, not the case since his mother was suffering from Cancer ,a disease which is very expensive and this according to the artist has made him run bankrupt.

“It is something that I have done, my mother is battling cancer. That is what has contributed so much for me to hustle, because a lot of money is needed. I am grateful for my friends who have called me,” Mustafa revealed during an interview with radio Presenter Ankali.
