Kenyans woke up to the sad news of sudden death of Njoro Wa Uber actor and Comedian Ochonjo. Ochonjo  passed away after ailing for a week.

The heartbreaking news was brought to the knowledge of the public by content creator and actress Sandra Dacha.

Through a social media post, Sandra said the hardest part about death is the transition period.

” Life is pleasant. DEATH is peaceful. It’s the transition that’s troublesome.REST IN PEACE my friend/colleague @ochonjodunco 🙏🏿,” she wrote.

According to the former aunty Boss actress, Ochonjo was only hospitalised for a only a week. He was admitted on Thursday last week and he succumbed today at 2 a.m.

Dacha added Ochonjo has left behind exquisite memories that will never forgotten by those who knew him.

“10/5/2023. You embrace death because life doesn’t exist without you. You have left some wonderful memories that will never fade from our hearts. Until we meet again rest in peace Ochos🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️,” read part of  Sandra’s post.

Ochonjo is well known for TikTok comic videos which he makes together with young comedians Mike Ako and Onsogo.

Other celebrities  have come out to eulogise the comedy legend over sudden demise.

“💔💔💔 rest in peace dunco 🕊️” commented Cate actress.

Kenyans have also sent their condolences to the family of the diseased.
